Crossing over the Nemadji River in Allouez, this large bridge consists of a main deck girder span.
Built in 1916 to replace a previous truss span, this structure consists of a single deck girder span, approached by a massive approach to the west.
The east approach consists of 79 spans of I-Beam to cross a flood plain, one of the longest approaches the author has ever seen.
Those spans rest on steel towers. The main deck girder span rests on a stone footing from a previous span, and is approached by trestle spans to the east.
Overall, the bridge remains in good condition. It is a very large example of a common design.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
